We have an opportunity for a Warehouse/Material Handler to join our Delavan, WI team. You will support the Shipping and Materials teams by managing inventory, materials handling, shipping and receiving activities, and order processing to ensure materials are delivered accurately and operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will:- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
- Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
- Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing required PPE.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday
- Friday - Occasional mandatory overtime required
The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00/hr. (2
nd
shift also receives an 8% shift differential for a t otal of $22.68 /hr .). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience .
