Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently processing, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role supports the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organize stock inventory.

Inspect products for defects and damages.

Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Optimize the use of warehouse space.

Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory items.

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse daily.

Prepare vehicles for field deployment

Prepare and load trailers with material for upcoming jobs.

Additional items as deemed necessary

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Familiarity with safety practices in a warehouse setting.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred but not required.

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.

Good driving history or record for required driving and use of warehouse vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, or noisy).
