• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade platforms

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, leading proof-of-concept efforts for new solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in scalable, production-grade systems
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in developing or integrating AI‑enabled solutions that support strategic initiatives
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, Enterprise Architect (SCEA), or Project Management
