• Oversee regional distribution operations to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage a fleet of eight tractors and sixteen trailers, optimizing utilization to meet delivery schedules and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and develop a team of ten drivers and two mechanics, fostering a high-performance culture centered on safety and service excellence.
• Uphold strict adherence to transportation regulations and company policies related to safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor and coordinate 5,420 deliveries and over 519,000 miles driven annually to maintain efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and execute strategies for operational improvements including route optimization and process enhancements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to align distribution efforts with business objectives and customer needs while coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience in transportation or distribution management with proven success supervising drivers and mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance.
• Strategic planning skills to optimize distribution efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and data analysis tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships.
