Perform various manual labor tasks such as picking up paper, sweeping floors, shoveling, cleaning with hand tools, and handling chemicals.;
Safely operate forklifts (about 10% of job duties) to move materials, such as paper rolls and pallets, as well as empty dump hoppers.;
Use specialized equipment like the core cutting machine to process materials as directed.;
Follow all safety and quality procedures; participate in pre-shift meetings and work effectively as a team member.;
Work in physically demanding environments (hot, cold, or dirty conditions) and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
