We are a fast-growing roofing company seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods in Delaware City, DE. No prior experience required; reliable transportation is a must.

In this role you will:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage homeowners, presenting free roof inspections and quotes.
• Set appointment dates for sales representatives.
• Track and report daily activities and appointments set.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in team challenges to earn bonuses and incentives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $25,000 + uncapped commissions (average earnings $75k–$100k).
