Overview
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, located in Delaware City, DE is seeking Industrial Services General Laborers to work at various customer locations. This team member will set up and support water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and other activities, representing HPC-Industrial to clients and maintaining safety compliance.

- Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment.
- Operate special equipment such as ultra high‑pressure pumps.
- Operate and energize pumping equipment and/or specialized hydroblasting and chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment.
- Examine surfaces cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
- Conduct routine and required maintenance on units, peripherals, industrial vacuuming equipment, and disposal of hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Vocational preparation with classroom safety training, on‑job training, and relevant experience.
- Proficient in English for safety training and emergency instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving policy when operating company vehicles or using personal vehicle for business.
- OSHA certification may be required.
- Knowledgeable in operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
- May need to provide or obtain Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.
- Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
