Junior Accounting Clerk

• Enter and maintain accurate financial data.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Process credit card payments.
• Track commissions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Help maintain organized digital and paper financial records.
• Communicate with vendors for invoicing.
• Record journal entries.

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Self‑driven candidate.
• Love for numbers.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Quick Books (required).
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
