We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our busy Milford location. This is a key role within our accounting team, ensuring every deal is processed accurately and efficiently.

• Process titles and registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Complete and submit all state-required documentation accurately and on time
• Handle out-of-state title work and title transfers
• Verify deal paperwork, including Finance & Insurance (F&I) documents
• Calculate and submit taxes, title, and registration fees
• Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding items
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or process issues

• Automotive title experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of DMV/title processing and dealership procedures
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
