The DuPont Country Club is a premier Club in the greater Philadelphia area with championship‑caliber golf courses, award‑winning USTA tennis facilities, state‑of‑the‑art fitness center and pool.

DuPont Country Club is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join the team to manage the DCC Accounting Department. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team and work in a fast‑paced environment.

This individual will assist with all accounting functions and maintenance of the general ledger. Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform Month-close Process
• Prepare monthly reporting package for CFO review
• Prepare monthly results report for Ownership
• Conduct financial statement analysis
• Prepare journal entries
• Oversee and assist with accounts payable
• Oversee accounts receivable
• Complete account reconciliations
• Create financial tools and templates to assist departments heads with managing profitability

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability and willingness to learn a unique, country club software
• Team‑player
• Detail‑oriented
• Flexible

• CPA
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Big Four or Regional accounting firm experience
• Proficient in Excel

Salary Range dependent on experience.
