The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Accounting Office Assistant to join our growing accounting and administrative team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting multiple business locations. Responsibilities
  • Assist with regional accounting and administrative functions
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial summaries
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances
  • Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Review, organize, and maintain accounting records
  • Assist management with special projects and reporting requests
  • Collaborate with dealership office managers and accounting teams
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred
  • Basic financial analysis and reporting experience required
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with dealership accounting systems is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
