Seasonal Administrative Assistant – Vacation Rentals
Company: 1 st Choice Properties
Location: 24 Village Green Drive Suite 100, Ocean View, DE
Season: Summer Season (May-August)
Schedule: Part-time
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, Administrative Assistant to keep 1 st Choice Properties vacation rental operations running smoothly during our busy season. This is a seasonal position and a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, good organizational skills and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Answering phones, responding to emails and guest text messages in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting guests with their reservations, questions, and general information
- Helping prepare rental paperwork, confirmations, and check-in/check-out details
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks as needed
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with professional communication with guests and team members
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documents)
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Customer-service experience is a plus (hospitality experience is a big plus but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Fun, team-oriented atmosphere
- Seasonal opportunity with consistent hours
