What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the President’s calendar and prioritize engagements with strong judgment
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting notes for internal and external engagements
  • Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors and committee meetings
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support donor stewardship logistics
  • Serve as a central administrative point of contact for internal coordination tied to the President’s priorities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of executive administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in business, public life, or philanthropy
  • Proven discretion with highly confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in nonprofit, foundation, association, healthcare, or corporate environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising administration
  • Experience supporting boards and donor-facing leadership
