Customer Service Representative

Telos Legal Corp is a Delaware registered agent office representing entities formed at the Secretary of State’s office. An employee in this position would be expected to work in the office from 11 am to 7pm assisting customers in the acquisition and filing of corporate legal documents. Often employees will need to research companies in the Delaware database in which we work and provide clients with information as they request it.

Training will be given on site for all aspects of the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and email communication skills
• The ability to remain organized while working on projects
• A desire to learn about the corporate world in Delaware
• An interest in learning to file corporate documents
• The ability to prioritize the workflow as we receive orders and filings.
• Ability to work independently & also collaborate as a team member.
• Able to execute requests from & communicate with law firms, other corporate legal service companies & paralegals.
• Problem solving skills

• Assist in the monitoring of a group inbox where our clients send requests.
• Pull certified copies of filed documents & corporate certificates upon request.
• Work as a team to complete large orders.
• Answer client questions about entities filed with the DE Secretary of State’s office
• Create & distribute invoices from our in-house invoicing system for each customer request.
