• Lead daily service department operations
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Build a positive, high‑performance service culture

• 2–3 years of Automotive Service Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven success in high‑volume service operations
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (Dealer Track experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
