• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in collision repair (frame, metal, and interior work)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset

• Diagnose and repair full-frame and uni-body structural damage
• Repair and replace body panels
• Reinstall interiors and wiring harnesses
• Operate measuring systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in weekly department meetings
