Paul Campanella's Auto Centers is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning team in Hockessin, DE. Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor or a customer-focused professional with automotive knowledge and a passion for helping people, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that truly values its employees.###

Responsibilities include:
* Greeting customers in person and over the phone
* Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
* Creating repair orders and managing them from start to finish
* Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
* Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs
* Building repair estimates and securing approvals
* Ordering parts and coordinating with technicians
* Providing updates throughout the repair process
* Maintaining accurate service records
* Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up
* Helping customers understand the health and safety of their vehicles### What We're Looking For
* Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
* Automotive industry experience highly preferred
* Open to candidates with strong customer service, retail sales, or automotive backgrounds
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools
* Growth mindset and team-first attitude
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
