Milton Hershey School seeks a married two-person team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our Hershey, PA campus. The team will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, activity planning, devotions, and ensuring student wellness. Nine days on, followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role.
