Salary $160,000 - $210,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chief Estimator for our Ground Up Construction division. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our highly skilled team. This position will play a crucial role in the planning and development of our construction projects, from the initial concept through to completion. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in ground up construction and a proven track record of successful project estimation and team leadership.

• Developing and overseeing comprehensive, detailed project estimates and budgets from the ground up.
• Analyzing and interpreting construction plans and project specifications to determine project scope.
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather all necessary data for accurate estimation.
• Oversee and direct all estimating teams
• Participating in bid reviews and presentations to ensure competitive and profitable project bids.
• Managing and mentoring a team of estimators, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and construction materials costs.
• Implementing and maintaining estimation software and databases for improved accuracy and efficiency.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimation, specifically in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience in successful bidding and winning construction projects.
• A deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in estimation software and other related technical tools.
• A bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
