Landscape Construction Division Manager
You lead exclusive residential landscape construction operation with a track record of profitable on-time completion -- desire relocating to a stunning location running some of the highest profile landscape projects in the Caribbean?
Must have current management for a $10+ million operation and responsibility of landscape construction projects exceeding $1M+ each with high level of horticulture, environmental and hardscape detail
Requirements:
- 4 year Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture or related
- 10+ yrs managing high-end ($500K - $1M+) landscape installation teams
- Software technical experience, Blue Beam, Aspire, other construction PM programs

Manage department budget, project expenses and labor to maximize profits
