The Customer Service Representative role at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) focuses on delivering excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring a safe and clean club environment.
Schedule- Monday 5pm-10pm
- Tuesday 5pm-10pm
- Wednesday 2pm-10pm
- Thursday 2pm-10pm
- Hourly starting at $15 per hour
- Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date
- Shift-differential pay for select shifts

- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities

- Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
