Dental Office Coordinator

Compassionate Dental Office Coordinator – Join Our Friendly Team!

$18 - $20 per hour

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
• Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a diverse team
• CPR Certification, BLS Certification, Infection Control License, Driver's license
• Experience with Patterson Eaglesoft and Dexis Imaging software (preferred)
• Bilingual, particularly Spanish-speaking, is a plus

• Greet and check in/check out patients professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Create and review treatment plans with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and Dexis Imaging (preferred)
• Present and discuss treatment plans and payment arrangements
• Support team operations and maintain organized front office processes

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (must be available every other Saturday)
