We are seeking a Specialty Periodontal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team of highly skilled Periodontists dedicated to providing advanced surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment. Our specialists receive referrals from dental providers throughout the state, allowing us to serve patients with a wide range of periodontal needs and complex treatment plans.

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Deliver Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) therapy with quadrant-based care
- Perform periodontal maintenance therapy
- Monitor disease progression and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
- Collaborate directly with Periodontists on treatment planning and case management
- Support surgical cases through ongoing maintenance and patient education
- Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment protocols (for certified providers)
- Build long-term relationships with patients committed to improving their periodontal health
- Work side-by-side with board-certified and experienced Periodontists
- Focus on advanced periodontal therapy and long-term disease management
- Treat patients referred from across the state
- Expand your clinical knowledge beyond traditional hygiene care
- Gain experience with complex periodontal and surgical cases
