Job Description

We are seeking psychiatrists to provide outpatient psychiatric services with a focus on medication management and psychotherapy for patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents.

• Telemedicine and in‑person flexibility
• Flexible work schedules; full‑time and part‑time available
• 100% outpatient work; no nights, hospital calls, or weekends
• Compensation up to $345,000–$385,000 per year with no cap (productivity based)

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy
• Work with patients of all ages, including children and adolescents or across the lifespan
• Utilize telemedicine and in‑person visits as appropriate
• Maintain clinical documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with mid‑level clinicians when applicable

• Fully licensed psychiatrists in the state of Kentucky, board‑eligible or board‑certified, with an unencumbered DEA license
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
• Experience working with children and adolescents or across the lifespan preferred
• Reside within commutable distance of a local Life Stance clinic
