JOB POSITION:Middle and High School Certified Social Studies Teacher

OVERVIEW:
The John Dickinson School seeking a highly-qualified, enthusiastic individual to provide instruction in Social Studies. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, be self-motivated, and have demonstrated ability to deliver lessons to support the curriculum goals in subject area. The teacher will also be responsible for developing and delivering instruction in inclusive classroom settings.
Must be able to integrate the use of technology into the day to day classroom instruction.
Responsible for the comprehensive curriculum.
Special Education certification preferred.

Required Certificate(s):

• Delaware Advanced License
• Delaware Continuing License
• Delaware Initial License
• Certified in Core Content
