Administrative Vacancy

The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting applications for Principal of Magnolia Middle School. Magnolia Middle School serves grades 6 through 8 in Magnolia, Delaware, with a current student population of approximately 400.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and/or certification for School Principal
• Successful experience as a building administrator
• At least five years of classroom teaching experience; middle‑level or secondary experience strongly preferred
• Possession or eligibility for certification as School Principal and Assistant School Principal
• Strong leadership, consensus‑building, and communication skills
• Knowledge of effective instructional strategies for improving student learning and achievement
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff, and community
• Ability to facilitate change for continued student improvement and staff development
• Commitment to high academic standards and creating a rigorous, fun, inclusive academic atmosphere

Salary:
In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
