This is a full‑time Elementary Art Teaching position for the  School Year at Allen Frear Elementary School.

Applicants must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Teacher of Art. Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.

Out‑of‑state candidates applying for a Delaware license with less than one year of experience will be issued an Initial License. Candidates with one completed year of experience but less than four years total experience will also receive an Initial License. The Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as eligibility.

• Individuals must provide official transcripts (if applicable), an updated resume, and three letters of recommendation.
• All employees of the Caesar Rodney School District must submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
• Anyone offered employment must provide proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of the I‑9 form, and paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
