Location: Felton
Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings. You will work under supervision to implement IEP goals, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
This role involves one-on-one support, data collection on behaviors, and collaboration with teachers and specialists. A high school diploma is required; prior classroom experience is preferred.
