Position: NSWG-2 / LOGSU-2 Parts and Maintenance CSR
Location: Little Creek

Rigid Tactical is seeking a qualified Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative to support Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story. This position plays a vital role in the armory and maintenance supply chain, ensuring that technicians and SEAL Teams have the exact components, repair parts, and ancillary gear needed for training and operational deployments.

The role combines hands‑on inventory management with accurate database tracking.

Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) utilizing common and standard business software programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • Enter data into multiple databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Possess at least one year of experience utilizing SWALIS, DPAS, or a highly similar military inventory database system.
  • Familiarity with standard military issue and transfer documentation, specifically DD Form 1149.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Issue and meticulously record all parts on provided Repair Part Reports, utilizing these records to update the master SWALIS/DPAS databases.
  • Receive post‑deployment turn‑ins of all ancillary gear and conduct rigorous inspections to determine serviceability for future re‑issuance.
  • Build comprehensive, mission‑ready repair‑part kits and tactical toolboxes tailored for deploying units.
  • Process initial requests, turn‑ins, and issue documentation (DD Form 1149) for required ancillary gear provided to Technicians and SEALs.
