Job Summary
This Electrical Engineer position is for the Steam Generator Replacement project at Beaver Valley. The person works under guidance from the supervisor to prepare and present routine reports and occasionally lead routine problem‑solving efforts, maintaining effective working relationships with others.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned tasks with guidance from supervision.
- Assemble and collate issue‑specific information to support studies.
- Assist in the organization and occasionally lead assigned projects.
- Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare and present routine reports.
- Participate in special projects, committee assignments, and routine problem‑solving efforts as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 2 years of related job experience.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills within the team/department.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain effective working relationships within the team/department.
- Basic understanding of power generation operations.
- Basic understanding of economic drivers to the business.
- Apply basic problem‑solving techniques to address routine issues.
