Field Support Team Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist

Position

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment as a SURTASS Field Support Team Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist for the SURTASS program, based in Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will serve as a company engineering representative at a base or remote locations.

• Apply the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) System to manage, maintain, update, monitor, and report all SURTASS ship variants Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
• Develop new PMS procedures for inclusion in the PMS system with technical input from equipment SMEs, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), etc.
• Develop and maintain training related to the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

• Qualified as a Work Center Supervisor in the Navy’s Planned Maintenance System (PMS) or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience working in a complex planned maintenance system.
• Qualified as a Maintenance and Material Management Coordinator (3MC) in the Navy’s Planned Maintenance System (PMS) or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience with the Navy’s Planned Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSIS).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• Secret or higher Security Clearance (Preferred).

• Experience with SURTASS mission systems.
