We're looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to join our Food & Beverage Team and help deliver an awesome experience every day.

• Bring the Energy Be enthusiastic, confident, and demonstrate the Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and help make their visit fun and memorable.
• Support Safe & Smooth Operations Help manage guest lines and maintain a safe, positive experience during busy periods.
• Keep Things Looking Great Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked public areas to create a welcoming environment.
• Follow Daily Procedures Complete opening and closing responsibilities to help keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.

• You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
• 6 months-1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
