Monglish International Academy is hiring a Investment and Fund Manager
Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities to maximize returns.
- Develop detailed financial models and conduct market/sector research to support investment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions across the Gulf region.
- Monitor portfolio performance and deliver regular reporting to senior management and the board.
- Advise leadership on fundraising strategy, risk management, and long‑term financial planning.
- Proven track record as an Investment Manager, Investment Banker, or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong background in finance, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Experience working in the Gulf region is essential.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup/scale‑up environment.
- 10 years of experience in education, EdTech, or international markets is a strong plus.
