As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Bethany Beach, DE at the Bethany Beach Branch.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Identifies opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and collaborates with partners to grow share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Performs lobby engagement and educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment and maintains scrutiny to avoid loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salary may vary by location, market data, and individual skill, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
