• Maintain accurate client records, financial documentation, and compliance reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality financial and insurance services

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Insurance, or a related field
• Experience in insurance, investment services, financial advisory, or banking preferred
• Knowledge of insurance policies, financial products, and investment strategies
• Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Relevant licenses or certifications in insurance or financial services are an asset
