Location: Fenwick Island

The Residential Title Processor position will be responsible for reviewing title abstracts and lender instructions and preparing closing documents for the real estate settlement. At Community Title Network, we are committed to excellence and the highest standards of service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand and prepare settlement statements and closing documents
  • Review lender's closing instructions
  • Prepare CD settlement statement following receipt of loan documents
  • Receive approval of the CD from the lender/broker
  • Review the Processing Calendar for assigned deals
  • Confirm receipt of CD by the closer

    Review Title Binders and Abstract to clear title for closing
  • Review all Taxes and payoffs
  • Communicate with Broker and Lender on all closings
  • Assist with the confirmation of all closings and funding
  • Understand abstracts and title searches
  • Review and prepare title insurance commitments and policies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and fellow staff, including returning all voicemails and emails
QUALIFICATIONS & MINDSET
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the title/settlement-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under stringent deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
