What You’ll Do:As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be an important part of a supportive team, helping to deliver high-quality care.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Following personalized behavior intervention plans created by a licensed professional.
- Supporting patients through assessments and helping tailor treatment strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Tracking and recording patient progress and responses to therapy.
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
- Working closely with a team of professionals to ensure each patient receives well-rounded care.
- Assisting with evaluations and offering input during treatment planning.
- Helping families understand and implement behavioral health techniques at home.
- Some experience in behavioral therapy or a related field is a big plus.
- Comfortable with basic medical terms, patient assessments, and documentation.
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and a commitment to protecting patient privacy.
- Clear, compassionate communicator-both in person and in writing.

Job Type:Part-time.
Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
