Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst  School Year) to work at Howard T. Ennis School. The position requires a Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field, Board Certified Behavior Analyst credentialed by BACB, and a Delaware certified School Behavior Analyst. Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience preferred. Must pass a clean criminal background check, child protection registry, and TB clearance. Teacher salary schedule based on experience and degree applies.

• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions, such as stimulus preference assessment and functional assessment, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Design, implement and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Train caregivers and staff, design behavioral systems, and manage performance related to educational progress.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with caregivers and other professionals.
• Attend planning meetings regarding behavior-analytic programs and review relevant literature.
• Oversee and provide supervision to district Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Maintain a caseload and work with teachers and specialists to address student behavioral needs.
• Consult psychologists on challenging cases for behavioral guidance.
• Attend IEP meetings where behavior is a focus area for improvement.

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) credential.
• Delaware certified School Behavior Analyst.
• 3–5 years teaching experience preferred.
