Speech Pathologist (PRN/PART-TIME/FULL-TIME) - Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. Our SLPs work closely with patients who have experienced a stroke, as well as those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Master's level program in Speech Language Pathology

• Current Speech-Language Pathology License/Licensure in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification
