This full-time position is ideal for those with a background in school, home health, or healthcare settings who thrive in collaborative environments. You'll play a key role in supporting students' abilities, participation, and independence during the academic year.

Position Requirements :

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure (OT DE license)
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare as an OT
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting the success and well-being of school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students' educational needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program and state guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in consultation with school staff and families
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and support students' learning goals
• Educate school staff and parents on recommendations and home strategies for continued growth
• Engage in school-wide professional development and collaborative meetings
