FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities throughout Newark, DE and surrounding areas. The role centers on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through our Geriatric House Calls™ model, with opportunities for telehealth and virtual care to enhance flexibility and reach.

• Provide one‑on‑one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

• Part‑time Occupational Therapist – In‑Home & Senior Living Care (salaried with benefits; eligibility based on minimum hours)
• PRN / FOX Flex Occupational Therapist – Home & Community Visits (pay per unit compensation)

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of in‑home and community‑based care, including lifting and moving patients, performing CPR, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
• Wearing PPE when required.
