Location: Milford
Full Time Position
- Provide crisis response on the domestic violence hotline in a 24/7 shelter program.
- Respond to the hotline and perform safety planning.
- Provide hotline training to shelter staff.
- Collect and enter data, and prepare data reports.
- Build relationships with community resources.
- Serve on a team that coordinates services for survivors.
Associate’s degree in human services or relevant experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required skills:
empathetic, supportive listening, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. Professional experience in domestic violence is desired. Must have a flexible schedule with some evenings.
