Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-5 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a welcoming school environment. This full-time role involves working at two sites situated conveniently close to each other, allowing for a manageable and structured schedule as you positively impact the lives of young learners.
Desired Qualifications- Valid BCBA certification required
- Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism
- Previous background in K-5 school settings is highly valued
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers and student support staff
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs and developmental levels
- Solid communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for elementary‑aged students
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies across settings
- Provide direct support and coaching to staff working with students on the autism spectrum
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
- Engage regularly with families and caregivers to support student success and generalization of skills
- Travel between two nearby school sites as part of the weekly schedule
