• Valid BCBA certification required
• Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Previous background in K-5 school settings is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers and student support staff
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs and developmental levels
• Solid communication, organization, and documentation abilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for elementary‑aged students
• Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies across settings
• Provide direct support and coaching to staff working with students on the autism spectrum
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
• Engage regularly with families and caregivers to support student success and generalization of skills
• Travel between two nearby school sites as part of the weekly schedule
