Direct Support Professional

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Wilmington, DE.

If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or have always wanted to be one, this is the opportunity for you. No experience required—we provide paid training.

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Support individuals to achieve independence and personal goals.
• Perform tasks under the supervision of the House Manager, including observation of activities and participation in meetings.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Pay rate: $18.75/hr or $20.75/hr with Enhanced Pay option.
