• Providing direct patient care to assess patients’ medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establishing and administering a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician.
• Documenting and recording patients’ condition and educating patients and families in an appropriate therapy method.
• Collaborating with all disciplines to provide best patient‑centered treatment and care.

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Experience with long‑term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
