Encore Parkside seeks a licensed Registered Dietitian to oversee nutrition services for residents. The RD will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, provide medical nutrition therapy, and educate residents and staff on nutrition and disease management.
The Dietitian will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to improve resident outcomes, ensure EMR documentation, and manage budget and procurement as needed.
