Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain across all conditions. We specialize in orthopedic, sports, and hand therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting, industrial injury rehabilitation, auto‑accident recovery, post‑concussion treatment, balance training, post‑surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and all types of acute and chronic pain. We serve nine Delaware high schools and multiple community sport organizations.

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and medical records to determine necessary physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete written plans of care, set goals, and design comprehensive programs to achieve them.
• Implement physical therapy treatments and provide essential services.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state license in Delaware and CPR certification.
