We're seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join a leading acute care hospital in Milford, Delaware
.
Salary: $135,000 – $195,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with oncologists to optimize chemotherapy and supportive care treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary oncology rounds with physicians, fellows, and advanced practice providers
- Review and manage oncology treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Provide medication education for oral oncolytics and IV chemotherapy
- Serve as the oncology drug information resource for the healthcare team
- Precept pharmacy residents and students
- Support medication safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based oncology care
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Minimum 3 years of oncology pharmacy experience
- PGY-1 Residency or equivalent experience required
