Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Team in Milford, DE. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while providing top-notch occupational therapy services.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures as evidence for improvement
Identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of patients
Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel in accordance with state license requirements and professional standards
Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents
Requirements
Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapist curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or its successor organizations
Must be licensed in the state of Delaware
Requires good organizational and time management skills
Requires good verbal and written communication skills
