Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Team in Milford, DE. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while providing top-notch occupational therapy services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures as evidence for improvement

  • Identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of patients

  • Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel in accordance with state license requirements and professional standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents

Requirements

  • Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapist curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or its successor organizations

  • Must be licensed in the state of Delaware

  • Requires good organizational and time management skills

  • Requires good verbal and written communication skills
