• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs.
• Physical ability to pull minimum 50 lbs, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stop.
• Ability to use hands for finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to stand, walk regularly.
• Proficiency in CPR from floor level, involving hands, knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
• Vision including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
